Before the Rain at Nubble Light - 8x10 Color Photograph
Lighthouses are an important part of our history and our current lives here in Maine, keeping ships and sailors safe while navigating the rocky coasts.  Nubble Light at Cape Neddick in York was completed in 1879  and is now on the National Register of Historic Places.  Cape Neddick is certainly a beautiful spot in any weather.  It may have been rainy and windy on the day I took this shot, but the gray skies and sea offered a lovely contrast to the red roofs of the lighthouse.  The light was soft and the gulls were calling, just before the spring rains began.  This is the perfect photo for anyone who loves lighthouses, the ocean or the rocky coast of Maine.
The photograph is matted but unframed.  It will arrive without the watermark, printed on archival quality paper.  The camera used to capture this image is a D7100 Nikon digital camera.  All photos are printed to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.  Other sizes can be made available upon request.
